Wednesday 18th March

Wednesday 18th March 2009 I had a very sleepless night. I had an appointment at Milford Chambers at 10-45 am for a medical examination. I decided to give breakfast a miss. I had not eaten or anything or had anything to drink since about bed time last night. We left here at 10 am. We arrived at our destination and had about a twenty minute wait. I then went into the surgery or examination room and was I glad to get out of there. I drove home and I had intended to go to the bank on the way. I had bought a usb video key on Trade Me last night. It was only $31.00 (a buy now price) and seemed cheap for a new item. I wanted some cash to pay into the owners bank account. I changed my mind about the bank visit - I was not feeling well at all. It was good to get home and lie down. I had to drink plenty and at first, I did not eat anything but gradually took food as the day went by. About dinner time, I was feeling a lot better. I had a light meal and we are now watching tv. I am still not completely right, but much better. I am hoping to be back to normal tomorrow morning.
